This Data Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or this "Policy") represents the minimum standards that the Project Adreca and its affiliates, including Pevac DevOps (Pevac, we, our) have set with respect to data privacy, for ensuring that we collect, use, retain and disclose Personal Data (Personally Identifiable Information) in a fair, transparent and secure way.

This Policy aligns with (and in some cases exceeds) the main requirements of applicable laws and regulations. It is also aligned with other specific policies of Pevac relating to the collection and use of information of Personal Data implemented by each entity of the Project Adreca to cover the specific Personal Data processing purposes needed for the day to day activity (e.g. cookies policy, specific local policies such as Roku privacy policies specific information notices for customers, etc.). This Policy acknowledges that certain Pevac affiliates are located in countries with varying legal and cultural approaches to privacy and data protection. This Privacy Policy may thus be supplemented by other policies and procedures in certain geographic regions as may be appropriate to comply with applicable laws and meet cultural norms.

In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the local applicable privacy policies and/or applicable local law as relevant, or inapplicability of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the local applicable policy and local law should prevail.

What personal information do we collect?

When activating Pevac Player you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from your Roku account when you activate new device/account or enter information on our site.

How do we use your information?

The information we collect is used to quickly process your request for data/service, establish link to cloud service provider, etc.

How do we protect and store your information?

Our application stores your data encrypted in a commerial web-hosted database. We store only the data that is absolutely necessary for our application to function in its entirety. Deleting some of this data will interrupt our application functionality. However, if you do not want us to store your data, you can cancel your subscription and or request removal to support@pgdv.pevac.adreca.net and we will permanently delete it from our database. We never ask for credit card numbers.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We store only access token(s) to provide access to your files. We do not collect or store any information from Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive.

Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive provide general traffic and error statistics, but no individual information is collected or shared in any way.

What Information Do We Access?

Our products which use Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive will first ask permission from you to access your media information. We use the information from your Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive to access directory information, and to stream media files which you request.

What Information Do We Share?

We never store any other Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive information on any storage device, or share any Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive information with any other party.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
